What is this?
Your Online U-Haul Store is your center's virtual showroom where you can come to:
- Sell your customer products that are not readily available in your center or are
exclusive to the online store.
- Place large orders for customers (when they want more than you have).
- Place the orders that your customer would like to have delivered.
How do I place an order?
Whether you have a customer on the phone or standing right in front of you, the
process is simple; log-on, select the products the customer wants, enter the customers
shipping and billing info and you're done! The products are then delivered right
to your customer's door!
How do I log-on?
Use the same login ID number (which is your Social Security or Social Insurance
Number) and PIN (Personal Identification Number) as used on other U-Haul Intranet
sites such as uhaulhr.com or uhaul.net. If for any reason you want to change your
PIN, just go to the HR Service Center PIN Change Screen at: http://www.uhaulhr.com/.
What does my customer need to know?
- The products ordered will be delivered to their home (not your U-Haul Center).
- When the order is submitted, you will print the Order Confirmation Page that will
contain tracking information to allow the customer to check the status of their
order on-line. (Note: This does not print automatically - You must select print).
- On average, all orders should be to their door between 5 and 7 business days from
the date of the purchase.
